Vintage Audio Terrorism~

Back in the 90s Green Bay WI hosted a yearly gathering of the weirdest bands (willing to travel that far).
This psychotic musical collision was called NOISEFEST. They were amazing.

The second act in this footage is Chicago's Herc, one of my favorite accordion assault artists.
The first act is The Nurses (hailing from parts unknown).
For some reason they decided to give the guy dressed in the priest collar & army pants a megaphone AND A GUN.
That guy would be me.

When I first pulled out the pistol people ducked and ran because it was well within the realm of possibility that a Noisefest performer would actually fire a gun during a performance. This is an event that featured lunatics playing with fire, swinging real swords, dumping fiberglass on the audience... and did I mention the LARD eating contest?
Good times.
